The National Diploma (ND) in Fashion & Clothing Technology is a two-year program designed to equip students with the technical skills, creative abilities, and business knowledge needed to excel in the fashion industry. The program provides a comprehensive education in fashion design, garment construction, textile science, and fashion marketing, while also integrating modern technologies and sustainable practices.
Students will gain hands-on experience in pattern drafting, garment production, and fashion illustration, using both traditional techniques and computer-aided design (CAD) software. The program emphasizes the entire fashion process—from conceptualizing and designing collections to creating finished garments and presenting them in a professional manner.
In addition to the technical and creative aspects of fashion, students will learn about the business side of the industry, including merchandising, branding, retailing, and entrepreneurship.
